What is our service?
Sneakerbots4all provides the service of securing your Nike sneaker releases via Twitter RSVP. We highly suggest that you read about Nike’s Twitter RSVP process here.
- How does the Sneakerbots4all service work?
When you purchase your RSVP you must give us your full name, email address, desired shoe size and specify which Nike location you would like to RSVP for. On RSVP day we will send your information to the specified Nike store’s Twitter by Direct Message. If we are able to secure your RSVP, Nike will send us back a message with a specified date and time you must pick up your RSVP. We will then email you with a status update stating that you won the RSVP with the pickup date and time.
- What happens if Sneakerbots4all is unable to secure my RSVP? Will I get a refund?
Yes. You will receive a 100% full refund if we are unsuccessful in securing your RSVP.
- I am unable to pick up the shoes that were successfully RSVP’d. Can I get a refund?
No, we will not refund you if cannot pick up the RSVP we secured for you. We can only refund you for an unsuccessful RSVP.
- I went to the Nike store to pick up my shoes but I was unable to purchase the shoes. Will you refund me?
Once we secure your RSVP from Nike, our service is complete. If Nike denies you the shoes for whatever reason, we are not liable. Using the same name more than once can result in banishment from Nike’s RSVP process. If you are unable to pick up the shoes for any reason, we are NOT responsible. It is up to you to pick up the RSVP.
- I placed an order and the status says “ON HOLD.” What does that mean?
That means we received your order and you are good to go. If we are successful we will COMPLETE your order. If we are unsuccessful your order will be CANCELLED/REFUNDED.
- I have a question that is not answered in this FAQ page.
